Celebrate the Holidays with Tanglewood

We love the holidays in Portland—we know it rains a lot, but we’re homebodies during the winter, so we make the best of it. Of course, we’re also big on gifts and sippin’ on warm beverages...but we’re definitely biased because it’s Hot Buttered Yam season. 

To add a little more sparkle to the holidays, we wanted to share a few Tanglewood traditions alongside a few festive recipes. 

 

Tanglewood Traditions

Over the years, we continue building on holiday traditions like our limited holiday concentrate, Hot Buttered Yam. This delicious beverage has become a staple for holiday gift giving and sharing with loved ones at parties and or get-togethers. It’s always a big hit and it always sells out.

How to Make a Pumpkin Spice Latte Alternative 


We know the holiday season is the best time for warm and spicy drinks, so we’re sharing one of our favorite recipes using our Hot Buttered Yam concentrate. To whip up our answer to the PSL, here’s what to do:


  • Mix one part milk of choice and one part Hot Buttered Yam.
  • Heat up the mixture on medium heat.
  • Top with our Maldon Chocolate Cinnamon Salt.
  • Enjoy!
