The Hot Buttered Yam is our to the PSL. We use real whole yams and Assam tea sweetened with caramelized maple Bourbon to make this fall time favorite.

To prepare: mix one part milk of choice and one part concentrate, heat, then top with our Maldon Chocolate Cinnamon Salt.
