Coffee Soda Concentrate is a craft beverage concentrate created through a partnership between Tanglewood Beverage Company and Guilder Coffee, our local Portland roaster. It begins as undiluted cold brew crafted from the Guild Blend, which delivers tasting notes of cocoa, brown sugar, and hazelnut. Tanglewood finishes the blend with vanilla, spice, and sugar to create a unique concentrate that works as a standalone beverage, a mixer, or a culinary ingredient. This is coffee reimagined—versatile, concentrated, and crafted with care.

Ingredients: Coffee (Guild Blend by Guilder Coffee), cane sugar, vanilla, spice blend, natural flavoring.

Flavor Profile: Rich and complex—the coffee's cocoa and brown sugar notes are balanced by warm vanilla and subtle spice undertones. 

Usage & Brewing Instructions: Coffee Soda Concentrate is versatile. Mix one part concentrate with one part sparkling water or club soda over ice for a refreshing coffee soda. For iced lattes, combine with milk and ice. The concentrate also works beautifully as an espresso martini base, ice cream topping, cake glaze, or slushee ingredient. Makes 5–8 servings depending on dilution preference.

Signature Pairing: Mix one part concentrate with a shot of Freeland Bourbon and a splash of cream over ice for a sophisticated coffee cocktail.
