Our Story

 

Tanglewood Beverage Company was started by Ro Tam in 2013 inside of Either/Or's tiny 300 square foot cafe. The idea for making a Ginger Spiced Chai came from a serious love of fresh ginger and the spices used in her parents kitchen growing up. Making tea and spice combinations soon became an obsession which evolved into three more teas: Turmeric Thai Tea, Lavender Fog, and, holiday favorite, Hot Buttered Yam. Though we have grown, we still make each bottle by hand, one pot at a time so you get the most delicious drink every single time.
